I. Purchase
Your purchase of tournamatch provides you with all the necessary files required to run Tournamatch and one license for any domain of your choice. Additional licenses may be pruchased for use with additional domains. Your domain chosen may be changed by contacting SkyFox at Tournamatch.com.
II. No Reselling or Distribution
You agree not to resell or distribute Tournamatch.
III. Modifications
Tournamatch is sold as is. Altering of the product is not permitted unless otherwise stated by an Administrator at Tournamatch.com. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the purchaser, users of Tournamatch, or websites Tournamatch is present after the product has been purchased or as a result of modifications to Tournamatch.
IV. Protected Files
One or more of the files required for Tournamatch operation may be encoded or protected from public access by the ionCube PHP Encoder.
V. Subject to Changes
We reserve the right to change or alter the Terms of Service at any time. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep track of these changes. Current Terms of Service can be viewed at any time at Tournamatch.com.
VI. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the license of the purchaser at any time for any reason. Terminated accounts are non-refundable.
VII. Your Agreement
By purchasing Tournamatch, you agree to the current Terms of Service agreement or any future Terms of Service agreement. |
