Why Annual Pricing for Integrations?

Integrations depend on third-party plugins we don’t control (myCred, BuddyPress). These plugins update throughout the year and can introduce breaking changes. Annual pricing ensures we can sustainably maintain compatibility, test updates, and provide fixes as these external plugins evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between annual and lifetime pricing?
Annual pricing ($99/year) includes updates and support as long as your license is active. Lifetime pricing ($249 one-time) gives you lifetime updates and support with no recurring fees. Lifetime is approximately 2–3 years of annual pricing.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Simply purchase Tournamatch Pro and activate your license key in your WordPress dashboard.
What happens when my annual license expires?
Your installed features continue to work, but you won’t receive updates, new features, or priority support. You can renew at any time to restore these benefits.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If Tournamatch doesn’t meet your needs, contact us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Can I use Pro on multiple sites?
Each license is valid for one production site. If you need to run Tournamatch Pro on multiple sites, you’ll need a license for each site. Development and staging sites don’t count toward your limit.
What’s included in priority support?
Pro customers get direct email access to the developer with faster response times (typically within 24 hours). Free users receive community support through WordPress.org forums.
Are integrations included in Pro?
No, integrations are sold separately. Tournamatch Pro includes all premium tournament features, but integrations with third-party plugins (myCred, BuddyPress) require separate annual licenses at $49/year each.
Can I cancel my annual subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your license will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then it simply won’t renew. No cancellation fees.
Do prices include updates?
Yes, all prices include regular compatibility updates, bug fixes, and security patches for the duration of your license (annual or lifetime).
How do I install Pro after purchasing?
After purchase, you’ll receive a license key and download link. Upload the Pro plugin to your WordPress site and activate it with your license key. Detailed installation instructions are included with your purchase.
