Why annual pricing for extensions?

Extensions depend on third-party plugins (myCred, BuddyPress) that update on their own schedule and can introduce breaking changes at any time. Annual pricing lets us sustainably maintain compatibility, test against new releases, and ship fixes before they affect your site. You get ongoing peace of mind rather than a one-time zip file.

Common Questions

Do I need Tournamatch Pro to use an extension?
No. Extensions work with the free version of Tournamatch as well as Pro. You only need Pro if you want the premium tournament features it adds on top of the free plugin.
What happens when my extension license expires?
The extension keeps working, but you won’t receive compatibility updates or support. If myCred or BuddyPress releases a breaking update while your license is inactive, things may stop working until you renew.
Can I buy an extension and Pro together?
Yes — and you can save $9 with the Pro Annual + myCred bundle ($139/year). See the Tournamatch Pro page for bundle details.
Do you offer refunds on extensions?
Yes. All extensions carry the same 30-day money-back guarantee as Pro. If it doesn’t work for your setup, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
Can I use an extension on multiple sites?
Each extension license covers one production site. Development and staging environments don’t count toward your limit.
